On the Night

The following is a brief breakdown of the evenings events with a few surprises as well!

6.30PM

guests start to arrive at ‘the Hanger’ mILSOMS kESGRAVE hALL

When you arrive you will be welcomed by the friendly Milsoms staff and directed through the beautiful landscaped gardens to The Hanger.

6.35PM

Welcome drinkS

The evening begins with welcome drinks and socialising in the entrance of ‘The Hanger.’

6.40pm

Get your tickets

While you mingle some of our volunteers for the night will be selling tickets for our exclusive raffle. Make sure you get yours as we have some fantastic prizes to be won.

7pm

Under the stars

Once everyone has arrived we will make our way through to the main hall and take our seats under the twinkling starlight canopy.

7.30pm

Raise your Glass

After everyone is seated there will be a brief welcome speech from Eva’s Mummy and ‘In the Stars’ Charity Ball Organisers, Danielle Tucker.

7.45PM

Dinner is served

After the speech it will be time to enjoy your delectable, specially designed three course meal.

9PM

Raffle prizes drawn

While you enjoy your delicious desert the silent raffle will be drawn. Someone will come and notify you if you are a winner and escort you to choose your prize from the raffle table.

Auction

Then, while the teas and coffee’s are being served we will start the charity auction, so let your competitive streak run away with you and get those paddles at the ready.

10.15PM

TIME TO PARTY

After the auction it’s time to get those dancing shoes on and enjoy the musical stylings from Dreamwave Events DJ. 

12am

The bar closes & the music finishes

Make sure you have got your last orders in by this point, because the evening is drawing to a close.

It is time to say goodnight and be whisked away back to your beds where you can rest those weary feet that are tied from all that dancing and close your eyes knowing that you done something amazing for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
